Do the balms contain any harmful substances?

The balms are 100% natural, organic, certified COSMOS ORGANIC by ECOCERT GreenLife and don’t contain any petrochemical substances. Our plant-extracted balms’ ingredients are noble and our formulas are transparent. Our care products are formulated without paraben, without alcohol, without perfume, without aluminium, without synthetic conservative, without silicone, without sulfate and without GMO!

Are your balms vegan?

The Balm and the Infinite Balm are oily balms both containing non purified beeswax (cera alba), which, we think, is precious for its vitamin A and its hydrating and protecting properties, which gives a lasting protection to the skin without clogging pores. Beeswax also heal the skin. The Gorgeous Balm, different in its formulation, is a 100% of natural origin emulsion and do not contain beeswax or any animal substances. It suits vegan perfectly.

Are your balms organic?

Our three balms are certified organic and are way above the minimum rate required (20%) to receive the European organic label COSMOS ORGANIC: 100% organic for The Balm, 98,5% organic for the Infinite Balm and 75% organic for the
Gorgeous Balm.

I am pregnant / breastfeeding, can I use the balms?

Our formulas can perfectly be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Only the Gorgeous Balm contains a very low rate of essential oils in its formula (less than 2%), usually not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How to recycle my balms’ jars?

Our glass jars and plastic lids are recycled and 100% recyclable.
They can go in the recycle bins.

What do the balms smell?

Baûbo’s balms do not contain perfume and we intentionally wanted to avoid too strong, too sweet smells. With their organic formulas and virgin oils, The Balm and the Infinite Balm have a raw smell, which fades quickly after the application. The Gorgeous Balm emulsion has a light smell of plants and citruses, which vary depending on the skin!

Why is Baûbo “feminist & sustainable”?

Baûbo calls itself feminist because, beyond wanting equal treatment and rights between women and men, by making a balm for the vulva, we are well aware of tackling a taboo subject which can sometimes embarrass, even disturb. However, we are 52% on this planet to have a vulva! It is time to take care of it and cuddle it, as it deserves. How to use The Balm?

The Balm is applied locally to the vulva at the slightest discomfort, due to sexual activity, physical activity, hormonal change or other!

Can I use it as a lubricant?

Sure. However, being an oily balm, The Balm is not compatible with the use of condoms.

Why would the vulva need "care"?

From the start of our adventure, we carried out a survey indicating that 95% of the women questioned had already felt discomfort after making love. If the vagina regulates itself and self-cleans itself, many factors can affect our private parts. Stress, dyes in underwear, hygienic protections, abrasive soaps, rubbing, diseases ... The idea is not to denounce, but to relieve the vulvas lacking in softness! We thus have very good feedback from our users.

Can I use The Balm on my private parts without risk?

Absolutely! The Balm has a very gentle formula based on coconut and calendula, perfectly suited for daily use. Finally, its formula is gynaecologically tested for use without fear.

How long does the jar of my Balm last?

It all depends on the frequency of use, but a Balm generally lasts between 3 and 6 months.

Can I use The Balm on other parts of the body?

The use of The Balm on other parts of the body does not cause complications! Nevertheless, specially formulated for the mucous membranes, it is better to use the Infinite Balm on the rest of the body.


Is the Infinite Balm suitable for atopic skin (eczema, etc.)?

The Infinite Balm is suitable for all types of skin, even the most fragile: newborns, babies, wrinkles, eczema, psoriasis ... It gently relieves and hydrates everyone!

Can I apply the Infinite Balm on my baby?

Yes, no problem. Its formula is natural, organic, and we have good feedback on the application of the Infinite Balm on slight diaper rashes and other redness (cold nose, cheeks, etc.).

Can I use it on the mucous membranes?

The Infinite Balm can be applied to the face, body and hair, but it is not suitable for intimate use. The Balm of Baûbo is the alternative for use on the mucous membranes.

What are the possible uses of Infinite Balm?

As its name suggests, there are a multitude of uses: lip balm, chapped skin, rough hands and feet, mask for mature skin, dry hair ends, universal baby balm, for beard ... the Infinite Balm is the ally of the bathroom, to apply without moderation!


Can I use the Gorgeous Balm if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

The Gorgeous Balm contains - in very small quantities - essential oils of Sweet Orange, Copaïba and Amyris. They are not recommended for pregnant and / or breastfeeding women.br>

How is it different from another tonic product?

The Gorgeous Balm plumps and hydrates curves, giving them tone and vitality using the natural benefits of plants - without synthetic preservatives or petrochemicals. Its formula is 100% of natural origin and 75% organic.

How to correctly apply the Gorgeous Balm on my skin?

Ideally on clean and dry skin, massage until the Gorgeous Balm is completely absorbed on the breast, belly (we recommend clockwise) and buttocks. Savor the satin finish it leaves
on the finest skin!

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day, after 12pm the next day, from Monday to Friday (except on bank holiday). The delivery time will then depend on the shipping method chosen.

What is your return policy ?

You have 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
When you return it, please present us with a receipt or proof of purchase and write to us using the contact form. We will send you a return slip to fill out and to send with your package.
