The Balm is applied locally on the external mucosa of the vulva at the slightest discomfort, due to sexual activity, sport, hormonal change or other!

The BALANCE cure capsules should ideally be taken in the morning, with a full breakfast and a large glass of water. It is advisable to avoid taking the BALANCE cure too late in the day, because the rhodiola it contains can have a "caffeine effect" and can affect sleepiness if taken too close to bedtime.

A pot of Balance cure is suitable for a month of cure at the rate of 2 capsules per day.
