What is pH?
Hydrogen potential is a unit that measures the acidity or alkalinity of a solution or medium. It varies between 1 and 14. Below 7, the solution is acidic. Equal to 7, the solution is neutral. Above 7, the solution is alkaline.

The female genital tract is made up of 2 distinct zones: the internal (vaginal) zone which does not require any intervention since it naturally self-regulates by maintaining a constantly acidic pH, and the external (vulvo-anal) zone whose pH is acidic to slightly alkaline , which is the part that is cleaned with a product adapted to its needs.

What pH should I adopt for my intimate area?
To maintain a balanced intimate area, it is necessary to adopt a product with a physiological pH – adapted to my area. Knowing that the intimate area has a slightly acidic or even alkaline pH, you should turn to a soap or product with a pH varying between 4.5 to 8.5 .
