One ovarian cycle = 3 different phases
Yes, the ovarian cycle takes place in three distinct phases (we even wrote a long blog article on the subject, go read it! ).
And these 3 phases of the menstrual cycle bring their own set of symptoms.
In short, we don't feel the same depending on the phase of our cycle.
If our "classic" schedules do not take into account the ovarian cycle, knowing these phases better allows us to adapt to these changes and thus experience them better .
Adapting to the phases of your cycle:
🍒 During the follicular phase (after menstruation)
The energy is growing, it's the perfect time to start new projects, set ambitious goals, challenge yourself!
🌡️During ovulation
A real boost of energy and self-confidence! Promote meetings, social interactions and decision-making. Vaginal discharge is more abundant and libido is at its peak. Or almost ;)
😫 During the luteal phase
Overall low energy, PMS, migraines, food cravings, acne... All the things we love. The best thing is to prioritize creative and introspective tasks, and above all, avoid overload.
🍷 During the menstruation phase
Try to lighten your schedule as much as possible and keep it simple in order to better cope with bleeding, cramps and pain in the lower abdomen.
